French Trademark Registration Overview 
 Commissioned by the French local agents, natural or legal person status and submit an application to the French National Industrial Property Office. An application can specify more than one category, the commodity classification of the Nice Agreement is divided into 45 classes.

 (1) trademark registration review

 If, upon examination, are devoid of any significant or belong to prohibit the registration provisions listed in the name or mark, the trademark application will be rejected, the applicant may appeal to the Court of Appeal of Paris, and the requirements of national industrial property offices for a rehearing. 
 (3) Notice and objections 
 Trademarks of the review will be published in the Trademark Gazette. Notice period of two months. Registered trademark owners or the earlier application, or enjoy the priority date of the applicant, as well as the well-known trademarks announcement trademark objection. 
 4 Register 
 By the objection to the ruling can be registered trademarks, or bulletin no objection to a trademark will be allowed to register and issued a certificate of registration. 
 The entire smooth registration process takes about 10-12 months
